We do our best to ensure the packages are delivered to you in excellent condition, in a timely manner based on the rates chosen at check out. 

Until the current situation has shifted, allowing for more people to work and to be together, there may be unforeseen delays in shipping. If the unlikely delays become unacceptable to you, we will refund you the purchase price plus the cost of shipping.
